Our team of amazing early learning childcare educators at Beacon Hill, Narraweena and Frenchs Forest are like one big family – and that’s exactly the environment we want to create. At Making A Difference, children love spending time with us because they know they’re cared for and loved in a warm and welcoming environment.
We create a place where children know all of the educators, and our educators know all of the children. This is just one of the ways we build such a great family culture, and it’s great to see both parents and children so happy with what we do.

A culture of continued learning
Our team of educators are qualified, experienced, and best of all – they’re keen to learn too. Staff at Making A Difference participate in ongoing training to continually develop their skills and knowledge. Our core team has worked together for a while now, and we keep learning and growing together every day.
One of the major things we look for in our staff is a commitment to helping children be all they can be. Our educators love working with children, and it’s a genuine passion for them – not just a job. Some of our junior staff even attended our centres as children – that’s how much they love it!
